Reasons to Cancel Your Voter Registration

If any of the following apply to you, you should cancel your voter registration:

  • Recently moved out out of the county/state

  • No longer want to be a registered voter

Please Note: Many voters wish to cancel their registration when they receive a jury summons. The Jury Commissioner's office uses data from the San Benito County Elections Office as well as the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV). Cancelling your registration does not ensure you will not receive a jury summons in the future.
