In-Person Services

The Clerk-Recorder's Department is open for various in-person services with or without an appointment. Professional registrations (Notary, Legal Document Assistant, Process Server, etc. filings) and Marriage Ceremonies are currently by appointment only.

Birth, Death and Marriage certificates, FBN filings and Recording services can be done in person without an appointment. (Recording Hours are 8:30AM - 3:30PM)

Remote Services

Applications for Birth, Death and Marriage Certificates, Fictitious Business Names, Official Records or Marriage Licenses can be completed on our website.

If you are unable to come into the office after completing an application be sure to complete and return the notary form on each application.

Marriage License applications MUST be completed in person.
